Who am I?

My name is Nicole. I go by Nikki but you can call me either one - I grew up with being called both! 

Now, before I put my coaching hat on, I believe that a strong coaching relationship starts as a friendship - one with trust and belief in one another. So if you have been following me on social media, or you gained value from some of the free webinars and trainings I offer in the FB group you probably know and trust me pretty well! So welcome back ❤️

Here are a few fun facts about me:

🚐 My husband and I travelled from CA to FL in an RV. Our initial plan was to travel - but we ended up loving FL so much we decided to stay!

💍 Got married in May 13th, 2023 and let me just say - BEST DECISION EVER!

🚴‍♀️ I am a CycleBar instructor which ultimately got me into the health and fitness space.

🍷 My favorite past time is watching true crime with a glass of wine (and I'm pretty much always in bed by 9🤣)

I am a NASM, SUF certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

I love helping women simplify the way they look at losing body fat becuase most influencers overcomplicate the 💩 out of it for the sake of making 💸.

What I do...

I spend most of my time coaching women how to lose body fat without going on another diet so that they don't have to sacrifice what they love in order to lose weight.

I too, went from falling prey to the BS fat loss tactics like fat burner pills, diet plans and extreme exercise programs to now knowing EXACTLY what it takes to lose body fat and keep it off for good & I help women do the same!

Most women come to me overexercising and under eating becuase that's what they've been told to do by the fitness industry. "just eat less and move more"... right?

But what if it's not working?

This is where I come in!

I help women who are doing cardio (especially spin classes) 5-7x per week lose belly fat by speeding up metabolism and getting their body working WITH them instead of AGAINST them.

We do this by focusing on repairing and optimizing metabolism and hormones so that when they do enter into a dieting phase, they are successful. Meaning, they not only lose the weight... they KEEP off the weight. They aren't stuck spinning their wheels trying diet after diet becuase they finally realized what works... FOR THEM!
